Itinerary

02:45am - 03:30am

We will pick you up from your lodging and depart in our private bus to the Colca Canyon. After a 4 hour bus ride, we will head directly to the Cruz del Condor, stopping only in the town of Chivay for breakfast.

08:30am

We will arrive at the Cruz del Condor, one of the most impressive views inside the deepest canyon in the world. Here we will see the majestic Andean Condor. Get closer to get amazing pictures of these birds, whose presence makes this Canyon experience unique. On the way back to Chivay we will make several stops in the villages of Pinchollo, Maca and Yanque, all of which are small local villages with colonial churches, pre-Inca tombs and terraces; and really get to see the impact of living in the second deepest Canyon in the world.

12:00pm

We will arrive in Yanque to visit the hot springs, you can bathe if you wish and then we will stop in Chivay for lunch at a local restaurant. On the way back to Arequipa, we will stop in Patapampa, an incredible viewpoint where you will see the Ampato, Sabancaya and Hualca Hualca volcanoes side by side. This is also the highest point we will reach at 4800 meters above sea level in Pampa Cañahuas.

17:30pm

We will arrive back in Arequipa and drop you off one block from the Plaza de Armas.
